loyalty101 ("we") is a digital loyalty card service operated by Turmets. It lets local venues — cafés, salons, studios — issue loyalty cards that live in Apple Wallet (with Google Wallet support coming), record visits, and reward returning guests.

What we collect

When you join a venue's loyalty program, we process:

• the name you provide;
• an identifier of the channel you joined through — your Telegram account ID or the phone number you entered in the web form;
• your visit, stamp/points and reward history at that venue;
• technical identifiers required by the phone wallet to keep your card up to date (pass serial number, device push registration).

For venue owners and staff we process the account details needed to run the service: names or usernames of staff members authorised by the venue, and a record of loyalty operations they perform.

What we use it for

Data is used solely to run the loyalty program of the venue that issued your card: keeping your balance, updating the card in your wallet, and — if the venue sends promotions — delivering its messages to you through the channel you joined with. We do not sell personal data and we do not show ads.

Data separation

Each venue sees only its own guests and its own visit history. Your data at one venue is never shared with another venue.

Where data lives

Data is stored in Google Cloud (region: europe-west1, Belgium) in an encrypted database. Wallet functionality relies on Apple Inc. as a processor of pass-related identifiers (Google LLC will be added once Google Wallet support launches).

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your loyalty membership is active. You can ask the venue or us to delete your membership at any time — write to turmetsmakoev25@gmail.com and we will remove your personal data within 30 days.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below.
